INFORMATION CLEARING HOUSE ATTACKED AGAIN
FPF - The Netherlands - Wednesday, July 2nd 2008 - The information below came the 28th last month: at present, 19.48 hrs GMT, the possibility to comment or give more information concerning the articles has disappeared: the HaloScan comment site is blocked.
If one looks for 'comments', it's at present all zero - Url.: http://www.informationclearingh
The reason is understood, but not officially known yet, and information from ICH's Tom Feely and his crew is expected.
The cyber war goes on, because knowledge is power.
''INFORMATION CLEARING HOUSE ATTACKED''
Note from Tom
On Saturday (28/06/08) our servers came under a very severe denial of service attack (DoS attack)
http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki
Long time readers will be aware that this has been a frequent problem for us over the last 5 years and our website hosting company has become very effective at resisting these attempts to disable the ICH website. Unfortunately, the attack yesterday was successful in preventing access to the Information Clearing House site.
Service has been restored and the site is available online.
While these attacks are frustrating and annoying, they serve only to replenish our desire and commitment to continuing to grow Information Clearing House website and newsletter.
As a result of the time the website was unavailable - today's newsletter is a shorter version than normal.
I appreciate your patience and support.
Peace and Joy
Tom
